1.1 OVERALL PROJECT’S DESCRIPTION
Egypt’s National Authority for Tunnels (NAT) awarded the consortium a contract in 2017 to construct the 66km 11-station line to connect Cairo with ElObour City, El Shorouk City, Badr City and 10th of Ramadan City.
The line is forecast to carry around 500,000 passengers per day, reducing traffic on the Cairo Ismailia highway by around 30%.
The total cost of the project 2.2 Billion USD.
National Authority of Tunnels (NAT) has awarded Gama Construction-Rowad Modern Engineering, Joint Venture the construction works for (LRT) the main line
train fence and workshop buildings which consist of 26 buildings at Badr City of ttotal cost 1.496 billion Egyptian Pound.
We Will Work on only 5 buildings of Total Cost approximately 300 Million pound.
The Work includes civil works (Concrete and steel), Architecture Works and infra-structure works.
