A professional practical workshop designed to qualify engineers for handling the advanced planning and control of infrastructure and metro projects using Primavera P6 & AI.
Participants will gain hands-on experience equivalent to 2–3 years in the field through working on a real-life metro project document set, including creating a baseline, updates, reports, and delay analysis.
This workshop is designed to qualify engineers to work professionally in the planning and control of infrastructure and metro projects using Primavera P6. The workshop is fully practical and is based on studying and executing a real metro project, enabling participants to gain intensive hands-on experience equivalent to two to three years in the field.
The workshop covers the development of a complete project baseline, performing periodic updates according to the actual progress, and preparing specialized technical reports used in project management. Participants will also be trained in delay analysis, understanding the root causes of delays, and proposing practical solutions, in addition to mastering relationships, constraints, resource management, and critical path analysis.
Throughout the workshop, participants will learn how to read and interpret key project documents such as drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), scope of work, and technical specifications—qualifying them to handle real projects from initiation to delivery. The training relies on direct application within Primavera P6, supported by realistic scenarios that simulate actual conditions in construction sites and technical offices.
This workshop is designed for engineers working in, or seeking to specialize in, planning and controlling large-scale infrastructure and metro projects. It is suitable for:
Planning Engineers
Project Control Engineers
Technical Office Engineers involved in major infrastructure or metro projects
Civil Engineers looking to specialize in advanced project planning and controls
Engineers with basic knowledge of Primavera P6 who want to develop their skills to a more professional level
