The workshop offers intensive hands-on training focused on how to prepare official reports, technical memos, and various types of project documents, with practical applications that simulate the needs of construction sites, technical offices, and consultancy firms. It aims to transfer real practical experience equivalent to 1–2 years in professional technical communication, using real examples and templates commonly utilized in contracting, infrastructure, and engineering consultancy companies.
Participants will learn how to write technical reports clearly and accurately, document decisions, and prepare professional correspondence between different project stakeholders. Training also covers the preparation of progress reports, official letters to clients and consultants, scope documents, meeting minutes, requests for information (RFI), and strong executive summaries that support management decision-making.
The workshop focuses on the essential linguistic and analytical skills required for producing high-quality engineering documentation, including content structuring, simplifying technical information, organizing tables and data, and writing in professional English in accordance with international standards for technical communication.
